We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Banca Channel Business Development Manager to join our team in Srikakulam. In this role, you will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through the bancassurance channel by building robust relationships with partner bank branch staff. Your primary focus will be on effective lead generation and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. You will conduct regular training and product knowledge sessions for bank staff to enhance their understanding of our offerings and ensure they are equipped to assist customers effectively.

Key responsibilities include handling customer queries, following up on leads, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will monitor and review your performance as well as that of the partner branches to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally,



you will provide after-sales support and policy servicing to clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree in any discipline and have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in life insurance sales or general sales. Robust communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Knowledge of life insurance products and the BFSI domain is highly desirable, as well as strong relationship management skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
