Key Responsibilities:

Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, providing information about hotel services and amenities.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotels facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.




Monitor guest feedback and report any issues to management to improve service quality.
Assist in organizing guest-related events and activities to enhance their experience.
