We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining the general ledger, and overseeing the preparation of balance sheets. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in GST and TDS compliance, as well as experience with Tally software for effective financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports, including balance sheets.
Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, and assist in tax filings.
Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative team workplace.
Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
