We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the cement manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in electrical and plant maintenance, with expertise in PLC and VFD systems. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage electrical maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of plant equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including PLCs and VFDs, to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement commissioning processes for current equipment and systems.
Utilize AutoCAD for designing and modifying electrical layouts and schematics as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities.
Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for management review.
Required Skills:
Extensive experience in electrical maintenance and plant operations, particularly in the cement manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in PLC programming and VFD operation.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for electrical design.
