The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Order to Cash (OTC) process, with experience in SAP and Oracle systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders, from order entry to cash collection, and requires a keen understanding of financial processes and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and invoicing.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment and payment collection.
Utilize SAP and Oracle systems to track orders, manage customer accounts, and generate reports.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the OTC process.




Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for the OTC process.
