We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Executive to assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. The candidate will support lead generation, customer acquisition, campaign reporting, and day-to-day advertising operations.

Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign budgets, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
Support ad copy creation and creative testing.
Track campaign performance and identify optimization prospects.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign reports.
Assist with pixel implementation and conversion tracking.




Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives.
Conduct A/B testing to improve advertising performance.
Research recent digital marketing trends and advertising opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and paid advertising.
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics is preferred.
Valuable analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn campaign optimization and marketing analytics.
