Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning correctly.
Perform induction hardening and heat treatment processes to enhance the durability and performance of machined parts.
Conduct surface grinding operations to achieve the desired finish and tolerances on components.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand machining requirements.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
