We are seeking a dedicated Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-IT recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various non-technical positions. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions for non-IT roles.
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.




Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in non-IT recruitment, with a solid understanding of the hiring landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
