As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the telecalling team, ensuring that targets are met and that team members are motivated and performing at their best.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of telecallers, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their performance.
Develop and implement effective telecalling strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement.
Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members.
