Key Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation for bids.
Utilize the GEM portal and other tender portals to identify and track relevant opportunities.
Maintain organized records of all tender documents and communications.
Analyze tender requirements and develop strategies to enhance bid competitiveness.
Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to gather necessary inputs for tender submissions.
Monitor and report on the status of ongoing tenders and bids.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Tender Executive or in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of bid management processes and tender documentation.
