With multiple outlets including NEXA and Arena, and a track record of national awards for sales and service excellence, we're looking for a robust leader to drive our Arena business forward.

The Role

We are hiring an experienced General Manager to lead our Maruti Suzuki Arena showroom operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, managing P&L;, and building a high-performing team that upholds the Athen name for trust and customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Arena showroom sales operations, from targets to team performance
Own the branch P&L; — budgeting, cost control, and profitability
Build and mentor a high-performing sales team; drive training and accountability
Strengthen customer relationships and ensure a best-in-class buying experience




Analyze market trends and competitor activity to shape local sales strategy
Coordinate closely with Maruti Suzuki regional teams on targets, schemes, and compliance
Drive financing tie-ups and manage accurate financial reporting and forecasting

What We're Looking For
Well-experienced qualified with a solid background in automotive sales, ideally within a dealership or OEM retail workplace
Proven financial acumen — comfortable owning P&L;, budgets, and business metrics
Prior experience in a General Manager / senior sales leadership role preferred
Strong local market knowledge; candidates from Kanyakumari District preferred
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
No bar on experience or background for the right candidate

Compensation

12,00,000 – 17,00,000 per annum (commensurate with experience — no bar for the right candidate)
