Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, addressing their queries and providing solutions in a timely manner.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.




Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Required Skills:

Familiarity with international BPO processes and customer support best practices.
Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
