The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience in the international BPO sector. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients, addressing their queries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and support.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.




Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in an international voice process or similar role within the BPO industry.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with telecalling and telemarketing practices is a plus.
