We are seeking a dedicated Claims Trainer to join our team in Kerala or Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims adjudication within the US healthcare system, with a focus on training and development. As a Claims Trainer, you will be responsible for educating and mentoring staff on best practices in claims processing, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and enhancing the overall efficiency of our claims operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs for recent and existing employees on claims adjudication processes and systems.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and create tailored training materials.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in US healthcare regulations to ensure training content is relevant and compliant.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff,



addressing any questions or challenges they may encounter in their roles.
Assist in the development of standard operating procedures related to claims processing and adjudication.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of claims adjudication processes and US healthcare regulations.
Familiarity with claims management systems, particularly Facets and RCM.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Experience in handling denials and understanding the appeals process.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace and adapt to changing priorities.
