We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales distribution and distribution management, with a focus on optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance our sales processes. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing user accounts, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring that our Salesforce system is aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, and permissions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and implement solutions within Salesforce.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and distribution metrics.
Ensure data quality and integrity within the Salesforce platform, performing regular audits and updates as necessary.




Provide training and support to users on Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
Work closely with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce with other systems, including SAP CRM and SAP SD.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features to continuously improve system usage and efficiency.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration.
Experience with sales distribution processes and distributor agreements.
Familiarity with SAP CRM and SAP SD is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
