Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone and email, to address their inquiries and provide solutions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.




Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills:
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience in customer service or support, preferably in an international voice process.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for customer management.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
