Job Title: Digital Videos Lead - NewsX/ NewsX world/ TSG

Experience Required: More than 5 Years

Role Description:

This is a full time, in office role for a Digital Videos Lead at NewsX/ NewsX world/TSG, based in Current Delhi. Responsibilities include leading the development and execution of digital video strategies for news content, overseeing video production and storytelling, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital content. The role also requires analyzing digital engagement metrics and working collaboratively to optimize performance. The Digital Videos Lead will play a significant role in enhancing the channel's digital presence and viewer engagement.

Key Requirements:
Own and scale the YouTube strategy for NewsX/ NewsX world/ TSG, driving views, watch time, and revenue growth
Manage end-to-end YouTube publishing, including TV content uploads, live streams, VODs,



and compliance with platform policies
Optimise content packaging (titles, thumbnails, metadata, playlists) to maximise discovery and monetisation
Plan and execute original digital-first formats, including Shorts, explainers, interviews, and analysis
Use YouTube Analytics and performance data to refine content mix, publishing strategy, and growth initiatives
Coordinate closely with TV newsroom, producers, anchors, and digital teams for seamless content flow
Identify and scale high-performing formats while improving operational efficiency under real-time news pressure

Preferred Background:
Experience with TV news channels or large-scale news YouTube networks
Exposure to international or English news content
Knowledge of YouTube monetisation policies
