We are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counselor to handle student enquiries, counsel prospective learners, and drive course enrollments through effective sales and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls and student enquiries.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Explain course details, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain lead details and follow-up records in CRM.
Build valuable relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams.
Requirements
Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Solid follow-up and sales-oriented approach.
Comfortable working with targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
