Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career prospects, and admission procedures.
Handle incoming inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and career prospects to prospective students.
Follow up with interested students and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate student records and update inquiry details in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Coordinate with the academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and address their questions professionally.
Provide accurate information and maintain a positive student experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
