Role Description The Executive – Drug Product Formulation Development is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves designing and developing drug formulations, optimizing processes for stability and efficacy, and supporting scale-up and technology transfer activities. The executive collaborates with R&D;, quality, and manufacturing teams to plan experiments, analyze data, and document findings in accordance with regulatory and internal standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-formulation studies, preparing technical reports, supporting market and competitive assessments for recent formulations, and communicating project updates to stakeholders. The role also requires adherence to safety guidelines,



participation in cross-functional meetings, and contribution to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D;) capabilities, including formulation development and experimental design.
Candidates should possess Market Research and Analytical Skills to evaluate product opportunities, interpret data, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to prepare reports, present findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess Sales awareness or exposure to commercial aspects of pharmaceuticals to understand market needs and product positioning.
Relevant degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Experience in drug product formulation development, particularly in solid or liquid dosage forms, is preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, GMP practices, and basic quality systems in pharmaceutical development.
Ability to work collaboratively in office in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, and meet timelines with attention to detail.
