Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and programs.
Understand students’ educational needs, interests, and career goals.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and parents regularly.
Convert enquiries and leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate student information and counselling records in CRM/software.
Achieve daily and monthly counselling and admission targets.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
Degree qualification.
