Role & responsibilities
Lead and oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure high system availability, reliability, and performance.
Develop and execute IT infrastructure strategies covering networks, servers, databases, storage, telecommunications, and security systems.
Ensure seamless delivery and support of enterprise-wide IT services.
Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 20 years of overall experience in Information Technology Services.
At least 15 years of hands-on experience in IT Operations.
Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing technology teams and large-scale IT projects.
