Key Responsibilities Include:
Operation and Maintenance of at least 3 Clusters ( approx. 50 to 60 sites )
Daily Monitoring of Operational Plants and ensure smooth Operation of Plants
Initiate Ticket to OEMs and follow up for early rectification.
Maintain MTTR ,MTBF of System ,DG and Transmission line as per SOP
Ensure timely preventive maintenance of solar, battery, DG, inverter and transmission line
Monthly train Technicians and Supervisors on their role and responsibilities.
Ensure timely connection of recent customers
Ensuring Maintenance work is completed on schedule with quality.
Inventory Management
Maintaining a secure and clean work area.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Diploma in Electrical
At least 5 years exp in O&M;
Knowledge of Excel
Work and stay in rural/Sub Urban areas.
