About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and agile Branch Manager to lead our Kochi branch. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the study abroad industry, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth while managing branch operations and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall operations of the branch.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and admission targets.
Manage and mentor student counsellors, documentation staff, and branch employees.
Develop strategies to improve lead generation and student conversions.
Ensure smooth coordination between counselling, admissions, documentation, and marketing teams.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, agents, and institutional partners.
Monitor branch performance and prepare regular MIS reports.
Handle escalated student and parent concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.
Plan and execute local marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in the study abroad industry.




Prior experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Centre Manager, or Team Leader in overseas education will be preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good knowledge of international admissions, application processes, and visa procedures.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
