Studio OkCaramel is a boutique, design studio in Gurgaon. We build brands for D2C founders across skincare, beverages, fashion and home, taking them from first idea to identity, packaging, storefront and the campaigns that sell them.
We're looking for a communication designer with strong ideas, sharp craft and the confidence to present both.
What you'll do
Design Meta ad creatives, social content and campaign assets that perform
Build and extend brand identities, from moodboards to guidelines
Design packaging and see it through to print-ready files
Create storefront visuals with our development team for Shopify builds
Present your work to clients and take it through feedback rounds
Keep files organised, consistent and ready for handoff
What we're looking for
A solid eye for typography, colour and layout
Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
The ability to think in systems, not single frames
Explicit thinking behind every design decision
Packaging, ad or e-commerce experience is a must
Portfolio over experience
We don't hire on years. If your work is robust and you can explain the thinking behind it, we'd like to hear from you, whether you're a recent graduate or have changed careers.
