Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to manage the company's accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll, and international finance requirements, including GST, TDS, and US compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, receivables and payables.
Handle end-to-end GST compliance, returns, reconciliations and related queries.
Manage TDS compliance, deductions, payments, returns and certificates.
Manage monthly salary processing, payroll-related records and statutory deductions.
Ensure timely PF and ESIC payments, filings, reconciliations and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and other statutory authorities.
Manage international transactions, foreign currency accounting and related documentation.
Handle/coordinate US accounting and compliance,



including coordination with US CFAs.
Prepare fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual MIS and financial reports.
Prepare financial data, analysis and presentations required for fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual management meetings.
Prepare cash-flow statements and management reports.
Ensure timely statutory filings and maintain proper financial records.
Strengthen internal financial controls and identify compliance risks.

Requirements
8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Robust hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and US taxation.
Exposure to US accounting/compliance and international transactions preferred.
Proficiency in Tally / Zoho / Wave and MS Excel.
Solid analytical, reconciliation and communication skills.
CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance will be an advantage.
