Job Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily branch operations.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team.
Drive sales and achieve branch targets.
Handle customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
Monitor branch performance, transactions, and compliance.
Develop new business prospects and maintain client relationships.
Prepare regular performance reports for management.
Requirements
Mandatory experience in the Gold or Forex industry.
Solid leadership, sales, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of branch operations and customer handling.
Target-oriented and capable of managing a team.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
