Key Responsibilities:
Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze operational data from various functions for Operation Excellence (OE) initiatives.
Maintain and review trackers, KPI dashboards, scorecards, and action logs for R&D; and Quality related OE initiatives.
Cross functional collaboration to conduct data mining, trend analysis, root cause analysis, and performance studies from time to time.
Support identification of process gaps through quantitative analysis and benchmarking.




Track adherence to milestones, TCDs, CAPAs, audits, and improvement initiatives in line with OE goals.
Perform industry research, best-practice studies, and competitive benchmarking.
Support value-stream mapping, process documentation, and Lean planning frameworks.
Maintain OE repository, lessons learned database, and project documentation to implement learnings.
Ensure compliance in perk tracking and verification of improvement projects.
Provide analytical support for productivity, quality, compliance, and cost optimization initiatives

Must Have’s:
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma
PMP Certification with Knowledge of project management concepts and milestone tracking.
Robust attention to detail and data accuracy.
Robust problem-solving and root cause analysis capability
