We are looking for a energetic and personable Admission Counsellor to join our team. The counsellor will play a crucial role in representing the school to prospective families and guiding them through the admission process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students.
Provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, extracurricular activities, and admission criteria.
Guide prospective families through the entire admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
Maintain a database of prospective, applied, and enrolled students using the school’s CRM system.
Follow up with inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings.
Coordinate with the academic team and administrative departments to facilitate assessments, interviews, and onboarding.
Assist in developing admission strategies.
Maintain confidentiality of applicant information at all times.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or a customer-facing role (preferably in the education sector).
