Job Title: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records in Tally.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and other financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Maintain customer, vendor, bank, and general ledger accounts.
Perform regular bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
Track accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Process and maintain records of vendor payments and company expenses.
Maintain proper accounting records for travel bookings, vendor invoices, refunds, and operational expenses.
Handle and maintain GST-related accounting and records, including GST sales/purchase entries, input tax credit reconciliation, and GST data preparation.
Assist in GST return preparation and filing and coordinate with the CA/tax consultant for statutory compliance.
Assist with TDS/TCS accounting, reconciliation, and compliance-related work.
Prepare basic MIS reports, expense statements, outstanding reports, and other financial reports required by management.
Verify bills, invoices,



and expenses with proper supporting documents.
Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with the CA/accounting team for tax filings, reconciliations, and other financial matters.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
Valuable working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime is mandatory.
Valuable practical knowledge of GST and GST accounting is required.
Knowledge of TDS/TCS and basic statutory compliance.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualification & Experience
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a service-based company.
Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting will be preferred.
