About the Role

We are looking for an Admission Counsellor who will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information about courses/programs,

and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Connect with prospective students and understand their requirements.
Explain courses, programs, fees, eligibility and admission process.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates.




Convert qualified leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate lead and admission records.
Coordinate with the academic/admission team for documentation and enrollment.
Address candidate queries and provide timely assistance.
Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
Prepare regular updates on leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good counselling and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to handle multiple leads and priorities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Prior experience in admissions, counselling, education sales or inside sales will be an advantage.
