Role: Business Development Manager

Industry: OTT / Media & Entertainment

Experience: 4–8 years in Business Development, Media, Entertainment, or Digital Sales

Key Responsibilities
Identify new business prospects and develop strategic partnerships.
Build relationships with production houses, content creators, studios, and media partners.
Explore opportunities for content partnerships, licensing, and distribution.
Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms.
Research market trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
Develop business strategies to expand market reach and revenue.
Coordinate with marketing, content, legal, and finance teams.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership plans.
Manage existing partner relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Track business development targets, revenue, and partnership performance.




Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
Prepare regular business reports and market analysis.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of business development and strategic partnerships.
Understanding of OTT platforms and the media & entertainment industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Relationship management and networking abilities.
Robust analytical and market research skills.
Knowledge of commercial agreements and revenue models.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
