Role Description We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, book closure, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and internal financial controls.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts,



preparing Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet as per Schedule III , supporting Internal and Statutory Audits, managing GST and TDS compliance, and handling notices from tax and regulatory authorities.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Strong practical knowledge of:
Books of Accounts & Book Closure
Ledger Reconciliation
Schedule III Financial Statements
Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet Preparation
Fixed Asset Register
MIS Reporting & Working
GST & GST Reconciliation
GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C
TDS Provisions
Internal Financial Controls (IFC)
Internal Audit
Statutory Audit
Income Tax, GST & TDS Notices
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software .
Solid analytical and reconciliation skills.
Good documentation and communication skills.
Ability to independently coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
