About the Role
Manage end-to-end admissions counseling, including ensuring lead conversion, program explanation, and guiding prospective students.
Handle student queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Provide program guidance based on student background, career goals, and suitability.
Maintain and update CRM/leads data, ensuring proper tracking and timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for admissions processing, documentation, and onboarding.
Support post-admission engagement, including orientation and basic academic guidance.
Assist in admission campaigns, webinars, and outreach activities.
Achieve admission and conversion targets while maintaining ethical counseling practices.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
