Role: Accounts & Finance ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations: AP/AR, ledger posting, and bank reconciliation
Prepare GST filings, TDS calculations, and handle statutory compliance (PF/ESI/PT)
Maintain accounting records in Tally ERP / Zoho Books
Handle vendor payments, customer invoicing, and receivables follow-up
Support monthly/annual closing activities & audit coordination




Assist management with budgeting, cash flow planning & MIS reporting
Maintain documentation for purchase orders, job work, and goods movement

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and accounting standards
Good understanding of manufacturing or tooling industry accounts
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, MIS, reports)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
