Role Summary The role requires knowledge of the traveller and guest journey and an understanding of two or more segments such as hospitality, airlines, airports, online travel agencies, car rentals, travel management companies, tours and activities, or travel technology platforms.

Support practice initiatives, proposal development, and business analysis activities by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and enabling successful project delivery.

Role & responsibilities
Participate in T&H; practice and internal innovation initiatives.
Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, customer needs, and transformation priorities.
Translate business needs into
Business requirement documents
Functional specifications
User stories and acceptance criteria
Process flows and customer journeys
Use cases and business rules
Data and reporting requirements
Interface and integration requirements
Wireframes and screen-level requirements
Prioritize requirements, identify dependencies, and obtain stakeholder sign-offs.




Conduct refinement and knowledge transfer sessions with delivery teams.
Identify requirement & process gaps, dependencies, assumptions, constraints, and risks
Support change management activities with project and product teams.
Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and documentation.
Coordination with tech teams for nonfunctional requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
Experience with Agile methodologies and user story creation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with APIs, integration platforms, data-mapping activities, and third-party system integrations.
Travel & Hospitality domain knowledge is a must.
Understanding of industry standards such as OpenTravel Alliance, IATA standards, NDC, HTNG, PCI DSS, and applicable data-privacy requirements.
Familiarity with platforms such as Oracle Hospitality OPERA, Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, SiteMinder, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics.
