responsibilities -
Manage TextileGenesis platform activities and company account.
Upload and maintain PO, production, shipment, transaction and fibre/material data.
Coordinate with suppliers, mills, factories, customers and TextileGenesis support team.
Ensure traceability and chain-of-custody data is accurate from fibre to finished product.
Generate and maintain transaction records/certificates and resolve data discrepancies.
Follow up internally to ensure timely data submission.
Prepare reports for customers, audits and management.
Support compliance with sustainability, recycled-material and traceability requirements.
