Job Responsibilities:
Operate bending machines to bend metal sheets and components as per drawings and specifications.
Set up the bending machine and select suitable tools and programs.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
Check the dimensions and quality of bent components using measuring instruments.
Ensure proper machine operation and maintain production quality.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams to meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
Experience as a Bending Operator or Sheet Metal Operator is preferred.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and engineering drawings.
Positive attention to detail and willingness to work in shifts.
