Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and record daily transactions (journal, payments, receipts) accurately.
Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and manage accounts payable.
Handle accounts receivable, customer billing, and follow up on outstanding collections.
Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS computation and deposits, and support PF/ESI and other statutory filings.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing, including provisions, accruals, and schedules.
Prepare MIS reports, aging analysis, and variance reports for management.
Manage petty cash, employee reimbursements, and expense claims.
Support internal and statutory audits by providing documents and clarifications.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP (SAP or similar is an advantage).




Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Indian taxation.
Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
Valuable understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter, ICWA Inter, CMA or MBA Finance is a plus.
2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
