Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Benefits & Compensation Consultant with hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SuccessFactors Compensation and Perks solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Compensation and Benefits modules.
Configure compensation plans, worksheets, eligibility rules, guidelines, and Variable Pay programs.
Manage benefits plans, employee eligibility, enrollment, and benefits administration.
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Collaborate with HR, functional, and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.




Prepare functional documentation and support system releases and improvements.

Required Skills
5–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Advantages configuration.
Strong understanding of compensation planning, Variable Pay, benefits administration, and eligibility rules.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Experience in testing, issue resolution, and production support.
Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP SuccessFactors certification.
Experience with Employee Central integrations, payroll systems, or HR applications.
Experience implementing or supporting enterprise HR solutions.
