Ads Specialist – Google & Meta

Location: Bestech Business Tower, Sector 66, Mohali

Working Days: Monday–Friday | Timings: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Ads Specialist with robust hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate should have experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, remarketing, and performance marketing, along with valuable knowledge of SEO.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
Run lead generation, conversion, and remarketing campaigns.
Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, ROI, and conversions.
Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Handle GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.




Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
Work with creative, content, and development teams.
Support SEO activities including keyword research and on-page SEO.

Requirements
4–5 years of experience in Paid Ads / Performance Marketing.
Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Good analytical and campaign optimization skills.
Valuable knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
Experience with IT, software, web development, or digital services is preferred.
LinkedIn Ads knowledge is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
