The Land Development Engineer (Bentley Open Roads) I, II, III will work on various land development projects with responsibilities including designing, planning, and managing stormwater systems for our US Client Soltesz Inc. This is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient engineering solutions aligned with project goals.

Responsibilities
Prepare land development & site civil construction drawings/documents (roads, utilities, grading, drainage, erosion control)
Assist in zoning, preliminary, and concept land development plans
Work on site grading, stormwater management, and safety design under senior guidance
Draft soil erosion & sediment control plans (BMPs, swales, spillways, sequences)
Prepare water, sewer, utility plans per U.S.



local agency requirements
Research standards/codes and respond to agency review comments
Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Education in United States strongly preferred.
1–5 years of civil land planning and engineering experience
Proficiency in Bentley Open Roads (Microstation and Civil 3D can be considered)
Robust English communication (verbal & written)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, robust organizational skills
Experience with U.S. or Maryland land development projects (preferred, not required)
