8+ years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Creative Direction or related roles.
Clear career progression from Graphic Designer Senior/Lead Designer Art Director.
Mandatory international/global work experience, preferably having worked with global brands, international markets or overseas stakeholders.
Robust portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, campaign development and art direction.
Experience in developing creative concepts from ideation through final execution.
Robust knowledge of design principles, typography, layout, branding, photography and visual storytelling.
Robust proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma and other digital design tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to balance creative excellence with commercial/business objectives.
