Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to offer closure and joining.
Partner with business and functional leaders to understand hiring requirements, role specifications and talent needs.
Source and identify relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, qualified networks, referrals and other channels.
Preferred candidate profile
8+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
experience in manufacturing hiring.
