Role Overview

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to independently handle all accounts and finance operations for Vasudha Grand. This role owns day-to-day bookkeeping, customer collections tracking, vendor and site payments, statutory compliance, and MIS reporting — working closely with the Founder, the sales team, and external auditors/CAs.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain complete books of accounts (Tally / Zoho Books or similar) for the project.
Track customer payments and collections against sale agreements; coordinate with the Sales Head and BD team on payment schedules and follow-ups.
Process vendor, contractor, and site-related payments; verify invoices and bills before payment.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance in coordination with the company's CA.
Manage petty cash, staff reimbursements, and day-to-day expense tracking for site and office.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate, audit-ready ledgers.
Support RERA-related financial documentation and compliance as applicable to the project.
Coordinate payment and documentation for registrations, stamp duty, and sale deeds with the sales/legal team.
Prepare periodic MIS reports, cash flow statements, and collection reports for the Founder.
Liaise with external auditors, CAs, banks,



and government departments as required.
Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in handling all financial records.

What We're Looking For
2–3 years of experience in accounts/finance, with prior experience in a real estate or construction company mandatory — you should already understand sale agreements, customer collections, registration processes, and basic RERA compliance.
Working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance requirements.
Proficient in MS Excel; comfortable preparing reconciliations and reports.
High attention to detail and personal integrity in handling money and records.
Positive communication skills in Telugu and English.
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or related field; semi-qualified CA/CMA is a plus.
