Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end BI solution design, development, and delivery using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
Conduct client discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Support presales through solution proposals, demos, proofs of concept, and effort estimates.
Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, defining technical scope, assumptions, delivery plans, and resource needs.
Design data pipelines, lakehouses, warehouses, semantic models, and dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, DAX, Power Query, and ETL/ELT development.
Solid knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and Azure data services.
Proven experience in BI team leadership, technical project delivery, and presales.
Familiarity with version control, deployment processes, and BI performance troubleshooting.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and client presentation skills.
