Responsible for construction execution and site supervision as per approved drawings and specifications.
Review, interpret, and coordinate GFC (Positive for Construction) drawings at site.
Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on technical and site-related matters.
Review site conditions and identify discrepancies or issues in drawings, coordinating for necessary clarifications.
Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and construction records.
Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch.
4–5 years of relevant experience in construction execution/site management.
Valuable knowledge of GFC drawings and construction practices.
Experience in site execution and drawing coordination.
Valuable client interaction, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
