Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
Convert product requirements into effective backend solutions.
Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with frontend teams for API integration.
Maintain code quality and engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure high system availability.
Participate in code reviews, system design, and sprint planning.
Requirements
Backend development experience.
Proficiency in Node.js and/or Python.
Experience with REST APIs and backend architecture.
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modelling.
Understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of caching, messaging queues, and asynchronous processing is a plus.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security.
Solid debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
