Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of qualified software engineering experience.
Technical Proficiency: Strong development and debugging skills in modern languages such as Golang, Python, Java, C++, etc.
Up-to-date Development Practices: Experience using or a robust interest in adopting AI-assisted workflows to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation workflows.
Core Fundamentals: Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design patterns.
Cloud Fluency: Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and up-to-date data platforms.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
