Salary Top-Up, a financial services brand backed by an RBI-registered NBFC, is looking for a qualified and result-oriented Accounts Head to lead our finance and accounting function, manage a team, and ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Experience: Minimum 2 yearsQualification: CA background (CA / CA Inter preferred)Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all accounting activities.
Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Manage GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
Supervise accounts payable, receivables, cash flow monitoring, and bank transactions.
Handle month-end and year-end closing, audits, and coordination with external auditors.
Ensure proper maintenance of financial records, ledgers, and documentation.




Establish effective accounting controls and processes in line with applicable regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
CA / CA Inter background with strong accounting fundamentals.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
Experience in team handling and the ability to manage accounting operations independently.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting systems.
Robust analytical, organisational, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
